We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Field Operations, Oncology.

This role may be based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, or conducted as a field-based position within the United States.

This is a field-based role available in all cities within the Horsham, PA region.

Purpose:

The Senior Manager, Field Operations, Oncology will partner with Oncology senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, design, and optimize operational processes that enable the field sales organization to achieve its business objectives.

This individual will translate strategy into disciplined execution and work directly with field sales leadership to drive consistent implementation across the organization.

The role is accountable for developing and implementing scalable field operational capabilities and aligning support from internal business partners.
