This role is part of Exo's Overhead Transmission Line Engineering group, focused on designing and delivering the best overhead line projects.
You'll work with experts who love this industry and tackle challenging technical work that shapes the grid.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop deliverables and perform routine design and analysis independently.
* Conduct engineering and design using engineering software and internal tools.
* Design routine projects.
* Work within a team and independently.
* Provide input to project planning efforts.
* Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project objectives.
* Interact with clients, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
* Participate in project meetings.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff.
* Participate in business development and proposal development.
* Review design work produced by other project participants following quality procedures.
* Ensure designs meet client standards, safety, design code, constructability, and cost-efficiency requirements.
* Bachelor's degree (civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in software described in Key Competencies.
* EIT Licensed.
* Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
* 3+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* PE Licensed.
