Availability across 3:00pm–11:00pm, Monday to Sunday, is essential.

 We are looking for team members who can provide flexibility across evening and weekend shifts.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


* Striving to make every visit to our hotel and restaurant truly memorable.


* Making our guest feel at home, serving great food and drinks with your own personalized and professional service.


* Being attentive and responsive to restaurant and kitchen areas, ensuring efficient and professional service at all times.


* Helping to ensure the restaurant and bar areas are kept clean and well stocked at all times.


* Your friendly and welcoming manner will ensure a great atmosphere and a place where people will feel relaxed and comfortable.

What we need from you


* Experienced – with a strong interest in wine, you’ll know how to prepare a wide range of drinks.

Ideally with formal bartending training a distinct advantage


* Have an appreciation and sound knowledge of food and service


* Courteous and kind with a can-do attitude


* Fitness –you’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling


* Strength –sometimes you’ll need to lift, push or pull


* Literate –you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths


* Flexible –night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job


* Compliant –as well as meeting local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you’ll be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language, with an RSA


* Articulate –a great communicator, you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
