Work you'll do

Deloitte Digital offers services that enable client solutions using digital technologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking, Digital Strategy, Digital Content and Digital ERP, with a growing focus on AI-powered commerce and automation.

The Digital Web team works with clients to advise, design, implement and deploy AI-enabled CPQ solutions.

Our CPQ capabilities combine deep configuration expertise with Generative AI and intelligent automation to give clients self-service, no-touch Configure, Price, Quote capabilities that remove friction from the Quote-To-Order and Lead-To-Cash processes and replace manual exception-handling with automated, rules- and AI-driven decisioning.

You understand what it takes to make complex SAP CPQ solutions happen, how to automate the manual steps out of quote-to-cash, and you'll have a firm hand on the controls every step of the way.


* Act as a lead on client projects and for junior staff, championing AI-driven and automation-first approaches to CPQ delivery.


* Help define business requirements and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), identifying opportunities to automate manual configuration, pricing, and approval workflows with AI and intelligent automation.


* Create functional designs, prototyping test planning and execution, training coordination, and documentation of operational support procedures for AI-enabled configuration and commerce capabilities.


* Help clients define forward-looking business strategies related to digital transformation, including the adoption of Generative AI, agentic automation, and intelligent commerce platforms.
