Client Services Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, or in-person.

Schedule and coordinate doctor appointments for clients.

Assist clients with booking transportation rides through IntelliRide and other transportation services.

Help clients apply for SSI (Supplemental Security Income) when eligible.

Assist clients with updating their public assistance benefits (SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, etc.).

Support clients in accessing Second Home Community program resources.

Enter and maintain accurate client information in the system (CRM/EMR).

Monitor client cases and follow up to ensure services are completed.

Communicate with caregivers, case managers, and community agencies as needed.

Help clients complete forms, applications, and renewals.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.

Escalate urgent issues to supervisors when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Organizational and time-management abilities.

Knowledge of community resources and state programs (preferred).

Computer proficiency and attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
