FRC Instructor - AQUA

Conducts group exercise classes for members at various times during the week in the Fitness Center.

Follows national fitness guidelines for their specific class; and demonstrates modification and safety techniques.

Select musicappropriate to age level and abilities of class members.

3.

Maintains proficiency through attending workshops and reading literature on the subject of aerobic activity.

4.

Ensures that class participants wearappropriate clothing and footwear.

5.

Starts and ends class ontime and teaches the class that is listed at that time slot.

6.

Wateraerobics instructors arrive 20 minutes prior to class to put equipment out to allow for it to warm up.
