Buildings Order Management Specialist

As a Buildings Order Management Specialist, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, supporting inquiries related to orders, deliveries, pricing, refunds, replacements, and more.

Through phone, email, and chat, you'll provide timely solutions, build strong customer relationships, and help ensure a seamless experience from order placement through fulfillment.

What You'll Do


* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related concerns.


* Investigate issues, identify solutions, and provide clear and timely updates to customers.


* Support order fulfillment activities, including pricing, refunds, replacements, and credit processing.


* Handle escalations with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.


* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.


* Utilize systems such as SAP, S/4HANA, iPortal, mySchneider, and other digital tools to manage customer requests effectively.


* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For


* Bachelor's Degree in any 4-5 year course


* Prior BPO or shared services experience, an advantage.


* Willingness to work in a hybrid work setup during US business hours in Rosario, Cavite.


* Strong communication and customer service skills.


* A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.


* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.


* Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.


* Confidence working with customers and global stakeholders.
