RN Area Nurse Manager - Dallas | $2500 Sign-On

Are you an experienced RN leader looking to make a broader impact across multiple senior living communities?
Brookdale is seeking a Registered Nurse Area Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership and support for 10 Assisted Living and Memory Care communities throughout the Dallas, Texas district.

(Plano, McKinney, Garland, Dallas, Rockwall, Waxahachie) - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
In this role, you will:
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Health & Wellness Directors and clinical teams
• Train, coach, and develop new clinical leaders
• Lead clinical education, in-services, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Texas Assisted Living and Memory Care standards
• Perform RN delegation and provide ongoing clinical support across the district
• Partner with operations leaders to drive exceptional resident care and clinical outcomes
What we're looking for:
Active RN license
Strong clinical leadership experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care
RN delegation experience
Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing clinical leaders
Knowledge of Texas Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations
Multi-site leadership experience is a plus
Flexible and willing to travel daily between communities throughout the Dallas district
Must reside in the Dallas area
On-call availability required
