Campus Maintenance Director

Brookdale Ithaca, NY is seeking a Maintenance Director for their assisted living and memory care campus.

As the Maintenance Director you will oversee all maintenance & environmental services.

You will be responsible for all upkeep & repairs for the campus, apartment readiness for new residents, vendor management, contracts, maintain maintenance records, work orders & equipment logs, oversee maintenance budget & coordinate compliance with local, state & federal building codes, SDS, OSHA, EPA regulations and fire codes.

We are seeking the following qualifications:


* 3-5 years of building maintenance experience.


* Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical & HVAC building systems.


* Managing maintenance tracking systems & purchase orders.


* Supervisory & management experience; including interviewing, hiring, disciplining & terminating staff


* Valid Driver's license

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses.
