Facility Security Officer

Gray Analytics is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO).

The Facility Security Officer (FSO) is responsible for overseeing and implementing the company's security program, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and requirements.

This role involves safeguarding classified information, managing security clearances, and maintaining a secure and compliant facility environment.

The FSO plays a critical role in protecting the company's assets and supporting its mission to serve federal customers.

Overseeing the corporation's security program.Developing, implementing, and maintaining the companys security policies and procedures.Ensuring compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other relevant federal regulations.Managing and processing security clearances for employees, including initial clearances, periodic reinvestigations, and downgrades.Conducting security briefings, debriefings, and training sessions for employees to ensure awareness of security protocols and responsibilities.Performing regular security audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date security records and documentation.Investigating and reporting security violations, incidents, and breaches to appropriate authorities.Coordinating with federal agencies, such as the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and National Security Agency (NSA), on security matters.Ensuring the secure handling, storage, and transmission of classified information.Managing access control systems and procedures to prevent unauthorized access to facilities and information.Supporting compliance with insider threat programs and initiatives.
