Property Manager

SYNC Residential is seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to lead the team at SYNC at West Dallas.

Were looking for a strong community leader who knows how to drive occupancy, deliver an exceptional resident experience, and effectively manage the financial performance of our community.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience as a Property Manager or Community Manager, along with strong leadership, sales, operational, and financial management skills.

A valid Drivers License with state-minimum required insurance coverage is required.

Final candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening in accordance with all state and local laws.

A Day in the Life of a Property Manager at SYNC Residential Completing daily community walks to ensure community is at peak readiness and curb appealLeading coaching sessions with team members to ensure closing rations, occupancy levels, resident satisfaction scores, and efficient work order management are maintainedManaging all on-site team members in all Human Resources functionsScheduling and supervising all maintenance staff performance and vendor services including unit turns and unit inspectionsTracking and reporting all community utility management processes and invoicesStrategizing for property investment management, maintenance, and reportingCommunicating with Corporate Support and Executive Teams on daily operations and project statusesCompleting daily, weekly, and monthly reporting including pre-close and close outsTracking and reporting budget variance notesCompleting timesheet auditing for employee payrollTracking and submitting employee bonuses and lease commissionsManaging resident questions, complaints, and concerns Essential Duties and Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.

Essential Duties Physically inspect all common areas on the property daily to assure its peak readiness and appearance taking immediate action on unsatisfactory appearance problems.

Walk the property daily checking for cleanliness, safety and conditions of the buildings, driveways, laundry rooms, pools, landscaping and all exterior features of the property.

Any safety or hazardous areas should be noted and scheduled for correction immediately.Maintain current market and neighborhood information to ensure relative pricing of property and develop marketing and advertising programs to maximize market position.
