Lead Software Developer - C++

Job Requirements

Experience: 7-10 Years


* Strong hands-on expertise in C++ and Object-Oriented Design/Programming (OOPS).


* Strong experience in Operating Systems, system software development, including multithreading, IPC, synchronization, and performance optimization.


* Lead requirement analysis, design, development, debugging, and delivery of complex software solutions.


* Drive technical reviews, software quality initiatives, and engineering best practices while actively contributing to code.


* Collaborate with architects, product owners and other relevant stakeholders.


* Experience in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Healthcare, Defense, Aerospace, etc.) is preferred.


* Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, build and test automation is an added advantage.


* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
