Planning and Forecasting Analyst

Description Job Summary: As a Planning and Forecasting Analyst, you will develop and maintain the accurate demand forecasts which support production planning.

You will analyze demand trends, identify forecast and supply-demand gaps, and develop data-driven solutions that balance customer service, operational efficiency, and total cost.

You will collaborate internally with teams across sales, logistics, operations, and customer service to coordinate planning activities and help ensure customer requirements are fulfilled completely and on time.

Externally, you will occasionally work directly with our customers to monitor performance and collaborate to improve business performance.

Essential Responsibilities: Manage customer order forecasts and promotional commitments.Support Customer Service by reviewing and addressing stock issues.Work with Logistics in carrying out mold travel plans to other locations and assist with the scheduling of molds to ensure efficient production.Compare actual performance against goals for weeks of supply, in-stock/service level, fill rate and on time ship.
