Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - SOAR
At Wabash Center's SOAR Program, we help children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder reach their highest potential through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work directly with children in a supportive clinical environment, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and life skills through individualized treatment plans and meaningful interactions.

What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plansImplement behavior intervention strategies and skill acquisition programs developed by a BCBAAccurately collect, record, and maintain behavioral and treatment dataCollaborate with BCBAs, clinicians, therapists, and other members of the SOAR teamSupport the development of communication, social, behavioral, and life skillsMaintain a safe, therapeutic, and positive learning environmentEnsure compliance with BACB RBT certification standards and Wabash Center policiesUphold confidentiality and professional ethics in all interactions
