How You Will Make an Impact


* Perform essential hands-on labor tasks to keep job sites safe, organized, and clean daily.


* Assist skilled tradespeople with commercial self-storage assembly and maintenance tasks.


* Load, unload, and stage construction materials efficiently to support project timelines.


* Operate basic power tools and hand tools in strict accordance with site safety protocols.


* Execute routine property maintenance and structural upgrades under direct team supervision.


* Maintain equipment and safety gear to ensure optimal performance on every assignment.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Strong physical stamina and willingness to perform demanding manual labor tasks.


* Reliable work ethic with a strong focus on team collaboration and punctuality.


* Basic understanding of job site safety practices and personal protective equipment.


* Ability to follow verbal instructions accurately and adapt to daily project needs.


* Ability to perform duties in a variety of outdoor weather conditions throughout the year .

* Prior experience working on commercial construction or storage facility job sites.


* Familiarity with basic construction hand tools, power tools, and material handling.

Compensation & Benefits


* Bi-weekly pay cycle with competitive rates ranging from $30 to $35 per hour.
