Salary Range: $82,500 - $84,300 annually

Hiring & Retention Bonus: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
(Paid 50% at 1 month and 50% at 6 months)

The base salary range for this position is $82,500 - $84,300 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA.

The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region.

Candidates hired in Southern California or Bay Area locations may have higher starting salaries due to cost of living and market data differences.

Position Summary - Program Manager I

The Program Manager (PM I) is responsible for hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff, inclusive of performance management.

The PM I has oversight of the program(s) budget and reports and interfaces with funder partners.

The PM I is responsible for program(s) oversight, including quality assurance and program compliance, including required documentation to federal, state, and funder, and Agency standards.

The CPM I is also responsible for budgetary and strategic planning related to the program(s) they oversee.

PM I is responsible for upholding and supervising to the Agency's operational, financial, personnel and practice rules, policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities


* Assist the Program Director in managing program operations, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, agency policies, safety standards, and The Joint Commission standards.


* Support the development and implementation of program budgets, strategic plans, financial reporting, and required reports to funders and partners while ensuring fiscal accountability.


* Oversee program quality assurance efforts, including compliance with data tracking systems, outcome measurement requirements, and timely reporting of incidents, grievances, and program concerns.


* Recruit, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and support program staff, including conducting regular supervision, performance management, and ensuring compliance with agency, regulatory, and funder requirements.
