We are looking for a skilled and motivated Engineering Supervisor to join our hotel Engineering team.

The successful candidate will support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the hotel’s engineering systems while maintaining high standards of preventive maintenance, guest service, safety, and operational efficiency.

A little taste of your day-to-day



* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Engineering team and ensure maintenance requests are completed efficiently and to the required standard.


* Monitor, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain centralized chilled-water systems, chillers, HVAC equipment, pumps, air-handling units (AHUs), fan-coil units (FCUs), and associated mechanical systems.


* Carry out and supervise planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance across the hotel.


* Conduct regular inspections of plant rooms, equipment, guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and other hotel facilities.


* Respond promptly to engineering-related guest and operational requests, minimizing equipment downtime and disruption to hotel operations.


* Assist in identifying recurring equipment faults and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.


* Ensure engineering activities comply with hotel standards, health and safety requirements, fire and life-safety procedures, and applicable local regulations.


* Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment logs, checklists, and work-order documentation.


* Monitor the proper use of tools, spare parts, materials, and engineering supplies.


* Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives by monitoring equipment performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.


* Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure engineering requirements are addressed promptly and professionally.


* Support the training and development of Engineering colleagues and promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.


* Assist the Chief Engineer/Assistant Chief Engineer with departmental activities and assume supervisory responsibilities as required.
