Receiving Team Lead

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.


* No relocation benefit is offered for this position, Candidates residing within a 50 miles radius of Dover NJ will only be considered.


* 3-5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or high-precision industrial environment.


* Strong command of standard office technology and internal software databases, with proficient Microsoft Excel skills (maintaining tracking sheets, sorting and filtering data, and running basic reports).


* Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and to stand or walk for extended periods during a shift.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


* Experience supervising or leading teams in a manufacturing environment.


* Familiarity with quality management standards (such as AS9100) and lean manufacturing principles.

Howmet Aerospace is currently looking a Group Leader over the receiving department to join our Dover Casting group in Dover, New Jersey.

Permanent Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Friday 6:30am-2:30pm

Anticipated Pay Range: $29 - $35 per hour.
