Your Role as the Assistant Health & Wellness Director (LPN)

As the Assistant Health & Wellness Director, you’ll support the Health & Wellness Director in overseeing clinical operations and nursing services within our assisted living and memory care community.

This role is designed for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is ready to grow into nursing leadership while maintaining hands-on involvement in resident care.
