Lincoln Meadows Care Center is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable RN dedicated to providing quality care to our residents.

Pay: Starting at $45.00/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents.


* Administer medications and treatments.


* Complete accurate nursing documentation.


* Communicate changes in resident condition.


* Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.


* Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Requirements


* Active California RN license.


* Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.


* Strong communication and clinical skills.


* Reliable and compassionate approach to resident care.
