Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking an experienced Sr.
Manager of Analysis to join our Operations Finance team at our Palatka, FL Paper Mill!
The Palatka Paper Mill is a large, integrated manufacturing operation with significant scale, complexity, and visibility across Georgia-Pacific's Consumer Products business.
This role offers the opportunity to support a major site where financial insights directly influence operational performance, strategic planning, capital decisions, and long-term value creation.
You will gain direct exposure to the full manufacturing environment, including paper machine operations, converting, utilities, maintenance, capital projects, inventory, and cost performance drivers.
Our onsite Sr.
Manager of Analysis will support the organization by providing actionable manufacturing and financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and business partnering with our operations leaders to create value and close gaps.
This is a highly visible business partnering role where you will work directly with operations leaders to connect financial performance, operational drivers, and strategic priorities into actionable decisions.

As an experienced Sr.
Manager and financial analyst, you will be able to leverage your expertise to drive operational improvements and support strategic decision-making at the Palatka Mill.
We serve as the primary financial business partners for the site and our division.
The Sr.
Manager of Analysis will report to the site Operations Finance Leader and will be part of a larger finance team supporting multiple Consumer Products locations.
Location: This role is based at our Palatka, FL paper manufacturing facility.
Being embedded at the mill allows you to stay close to operations, build strong relationships with mill leadership, observe and hear manufacturing decisions firsthand, and translate operational activity into financial insight.

Work with sister sites and peer groups to identify shared opportunities and support broader CPG finance capability.
