Lavinia Group, a division of K12 Coalition, is seeking an Associate Director, Curriculum to support the development of thoughtful, rigorous, and impactful curriculum that creates meaningful learning experiences for students and educators.

This role will have a particular focus on literacy intervention, leading curriculum development and supporting the writers and contributors who bring that curriculum to life.

The Associate Director will combine deep literacy expertise with curriculum leadership to help ensure materials are research-based, instructionally strong, and designed to address learning gaps, strengthen foundational literacy skills, and accelerate student progress.

The Associate Director, Curriculum reports to Director, Literacy Intervention What Youll Do Curriculum Development & Instructional Quality Lead the development, review, and refinement of high-quality curriculum and instructional materials, with a particular focus on literacy intervention.

Apply expertise in literacy instruction and intervention to ensure materials address student learning needs, strengthen foundational skills, and support academic progress.
