This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, patients, and visitors; assessing and de-escalating situations; responding to workplace injuries and security incidents; and supporting regulatory compliance within retail operations.

EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities Maintainasecureandcontrolledentranceandexitforthelicensedretailestablishment.Serveastheprimaryreceptionpointforcustomers,patients,andvisitors,includinggreetingindividuals,answeringphones,andprovidingauthorizedinformationinaprofessionalmanner.Conduct customer intake procedures by verifying age through scanning valid identification and directing customers through initial purchasing steps.Issue,document,andmanagevisitorbadgesandensurevisitorsareproperlyescortedwhileonfacilitypremises.Enforcefacilityaccessrules,includingdenyingentryorrequestingindividualsleavethepremiseswhenrequiredbypolicy.Monitorsurveillancesystemsandsecurityequipmenttoidentifysuspiciousactivityandrespondtoregulatoryrequestsasrequired.Performroutineandperiodicchecksofelectronicsecuritysystems,includingalarms,cameras,andaccesscontrolsystems,toensureproperoperation.Assess developing situations and engage with customers, patients, or employees to de-escalate conflicts, disturbances, or disruptive behavior in a calm and professional manner.Respondtoalarms,disturbances,injuries,accidents,securityincidents,andemergencysituations.Leadinitialresponsetoworkplaceinjuries,includingprovidingFirstAidandAEDsupportandassistingwithincidentdocumentationandfollow-upreporting.Initiate,document,andmaintainaccurateincidentreports,witne...
