Ship Wartime and Repair Maintenance (SWaRM) Program Manager - Project Manager

From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.
Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work you'll do
As a Project - Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Operations Transformation team, you will:
* Serve as a strategic advisor and action officer for the) program.
This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and tracking key command priorities related to surface ship wartime readiness and maintenance.
The practitioner will assist in translating commander's intent into executable strategic actions by supporting decision making through analysis, stakeholder coordination, and the preparation of high-quality staff products such as the manual and event-based reports.
* Help synchronize efforts across internal and external stakeholders, monitor progress against strategic objectives, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely execution of priority initiatives that advance exercise expansion, force readiness, operational alignment, and mission effectiveness.
* Lead the development, refinement, and execution of organizational strategy.
* Advise senior leadership on strategic priorities, emerging issues, and decision options.
* Translate leadership intent into actionable plans, initiatives, and performance objectives.
* Coordinate across functional areas to align efforts with strategic goals.
* Conduct research, trend analysis, and assessments to support strategic planning.
* Develop executive level briefings, reports, and recommendations for leadership review.
* Monitor progress against strategic objectives and identify risks, gaps, and dependencies.
* Support prioritization of initiatives, resources and organizational investments.
* Facilitate strategic planning sessions, working groups, and leadership engagements.
* Ensure consistent communication of strategic direction across the organization.
