Scrum Master - TS/SCI with Poly

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives.

From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work you'll do

We are seeking a Senior Manager to provide onsite leadership and expertise to development teams as a scrum master and requirements lead.

Responsibilities will include -



* Engage with end customers and document user stories


* Run agile process over two week sprints


* Document accomplishments and deliverables for clients


* Bring understanding of customer specific mission requirements and domain expertise to inform technical teams of mission contact

The ideal candidate combines federal consulting and portfolio leadership experience with strong capabilities in operational analytics, stakeholder management, project management.

They will also bring experience supporting mission-critical, high-tempo environments.

Qualifications
Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 10+ years of experience in federal consulting, agile design & delivery, threat intelligence, national security, or a related field


* Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance required


* Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.


* Must be willing to work onsite in Chantilly, VA 5 days a week


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
