Advance Your Property Management Career with Velair! Central Marketing and Leasing Administrator Intern Velair Property Management is seeking a highly organized and motivated Central Leasing Intern to support our Centralized Leasing Team.

This position will play an essential role in supporting internal team members, prospects, and, the Central Leasing Team while maintaining a professional, efficient, and, welcoming environment.

The Central Leasing Intern will work closely with the Central Leasing Agent and leadership team to help drive leasing performance, support application processing, and contribute to occupancy goals across the portfolio.

This position is based in the corporate office.

Leasing & Customer Engagement Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and text.Conduct follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and drive conversions.Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person property toursCross-sell available units across nearby communities to maximize occupancy.Support the Central Leasing Agent with daily leasing activities as directed.

Marketing Support Identify opportunities for generating additional leads, via online marketing sources.

Ensure consistent updates and accuracy of property webpages, and all online marketing sources, including, consistent updating of Market Rents in Yardi.

Provide feedback on property website design and execute on integration of virtual assets (i.e.: floor plans, 3D renders, etc.).

Application Processing & Move-In Coordination Assist with application processing workflows in accordance with Section 42 guidelines.Ensure security deposits or holding fees are paid within 24 hours of receipt.Follow up with applicants regarding outstanding deposits or documentation.Request and collect missing documentation from applicants.Coordinate approved move-ins, including confirming dates, communicating with on-site teams, and approving applications in the system.
