GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Under the general direction of the Sr.

Manager or Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the organization's talent acquisition strategies.

This position encompasses the organization’s recruitment strategy and execution, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent across all levels.

This role delivers the full cycle recruitment process, from workforce planning and employer branding to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will also serve as the business owner for the applicant tracking system (ATS) and its supporting modules.

The position requires strong operational leadership, expertise in technology implementation, and the ability to partner with business leaders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
