Then come and join our Malaysia team as Account Manager (Sales, Lab Solutions) and you will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving targets within assigned territories, in linewith overall business objectives.

The role focuses on developing and executing sales plans, growing the customer base, managing sales opportunities from proposal and negotiation through tosuccessful closure, and overseeing pre- and post-sales activities.

The role also includes developing and maintaining a healthy sales funnel and ensuring accurate and timely forecasting through company-provided sales tools.

The position is based in Kuala Lumpur, with territory coverage,including outstation areas, assigned according to business needs.

Your Role:


* You are responsible to drive sales performance within the assigned territory to achieve agreed sales targets, with accurate and timely forecasting and reporting.


* You are responsible to serve as the primary interface between Customer Accounts and the SHS organization, advocating for customer interests.


* You are responsible to manage pre- and post-sales activities within assigned territories and opportunities in the Lab Solutions business.


* You are responsible to develop and maintain the sales funnel and customer information using CRM tools.


* You are responsible to lead assigned sales opportunities, including proposal preparation, negotiation and coordination with relevant internal teams.


* You are responsible to manage key accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to support customer retention and new business growth.


* You are responsible to coordinate operational, product, quality and commercial matters across internal teams to ensure effective execution and customer satisfaction.


* You are responsible to support relevant projects while promoting cross team collaboration and a customer focused approach

Your qualification and experience:


* You have minimum 3 years of relevant Sales and Technical experience in healthcare (preferably Diagnostics)


* You have account management skills are required, and knowledge of competition and local situation is necessary.
