Experienced Fireproofing Sprayer & Pump Operator – Lead Commercial Spray Applications for Installtec, Inc.

The Opportunity:

You will serve as a key field specialist applying commercial fireproofing and specialty spray systems across high-profile projects.

Operating with Installtec, Inc., you will have direct ownership over equipment performance, spray precision, and site execution. 

This hands-on role gives experienced applicators the autonomy to drive daily project success while earning competitive hourly pay and performance bonuses.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Operate and maintain high-pressure spray pumps, mixers, and specialized application equipment.


* Apply commercial fireproofing materials and spray polyurethane foam to exact project specifications.


* Prepare job-site surfaces by cleaning, masking, and inspecting substrate conditions before application.


* Perform daily equipment checks, nozzle adjustments, and system cleanouts to ensure continuous production.


* Monitor material thickness and coverage metrics to meet safety and quality standards.


* Maintain strict job-site safety compliance in accordance with OSHA guidelines and company procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience applying fireproofing or spray polyurethane foam systems.


* Active OSHA 30 certification.


* Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.


* Demonstrated proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial spray pumps and rigs.


* Ability to travel up to 30% of working hours to regional project sites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Experience working on large-scale commercial restoration or specialty construction jobs.


* Advanced knowledge of plural-component spray systems and material yield management.


* Proven ability to train or guide junior crew members on equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
