Staffing Resource Utilization• Ensure all open cases are actively being staffed using available resources • Utilize Caribou, Priority Caregiver List, and outreach tools to maximize caregiver engagement • Monitor team activity to ensure consistent outreach and follow-up • Reduce open shifts and improve staffing turnaround time ________________________________________ 2.

Team Motivation & Communication• Act as a motivator and support system for Scheduling Coordinators • Provide clear and consistent updates on open cases, staffing priorities, and departmental expectations • Provide team updates every two (2) hours regarding staffing needs, open cases, and coverage gaps • Ensure team engagement and responsiveness throughout the workday • Reinforce adherence to staffing workflows and daily goals ________________________________________ 3.

Operational Support & Escalation• Identify staffing gaps and escalate issues to the Care Manager • Assist in resolving day-to-day staffing challenges • Support continuity of care by ensuring timely case coverage • Maintain awareness of urgent staffing needs and assist as needed
