We are searching for the best talent for EHS Analyst Co-Opto be in Manati, PR.


* The Co-op term is from January to December, 2027.


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

Purpose:

The EHS Co-Op will support the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team through data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role will help monitor key safety metrics, support incident prevention efforts, and ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson EHS standards by maintaining Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and related training requirements.

You will be responsible for:



* Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing EHS data to ensure accuracy and completeness.


* Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key EHS metrics such as Good Saves, Incident Investigations, and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs).


* Identifying trends and patterns to support proactive safety measures and risk reduction initiatives.


* Collaborating with EHS, Operations, and Management teams to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.


* Supporting risk assessment and incident prevention projects through data analysis.


* Assisting with EHS audits, inspections, and compliance activities.


* Reviewing, updating, and maintaining Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) to ensure alignment with Johnson & Johnson EHS standards.


* Ensuring updated JSAs are properly documented within company systems and linked to the appropriate training curriculum.
