Purpose of the role

You will be responsible for maintaining and growing your Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision business within your territory, contributing directly to UK & Ireland market share goals.

Performance will be measured against targets across Net Trade Sales and PC-IOL sales.

Success in this role will be driven through strong customer relationships, clinical insight, effective selling, and the intelligent use of data and analytics.
