We are searching for the best talent for Supervisor, Warehouse & Distribution

Purpose

The Supervisor, Warehouse & Distribution is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and domestic transportation managed by 3PL partners, while driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.

This role focuses on strengthening 3PL governance, ensuring distribution center (DC) performance, and leading cost improvement and efficiency enhancement projects across the end-to-end supply chain.

You will be responsible for:

Warehouse & Distribution Operations


* Oversee daily warehouse operations and domestic transportation managed by 3PL


* Coordinate cold chain operations in collaboration with internal teams and external partners


* Monitor shipment execution and ensure proper documentation and filing


* Manage inventory accuracy through reconciliation and cycle counts


* Resolve operational issues in day-to-day activities

3PL Governance & Performance Management


* Monitor and manage KPIs through regular review meetings with 3PL partners


* Drive continuous performance improvement at DCs


* Control logistics costs within budget


* Manage warehouse capacity planning and optimize transportation flows


* Support bonded transport and storage in compliance with regulations

Compliance & Quality


* Ensure compliance with GDP, Trade & Customs, and EHS&S requirements
