Job Description:

Key Responsibilities



* Operates routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided.


* Carry out routine activities that produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.


* Experience operating Flexo presses, Mark Andy 2200 preferred.


* Experience with UV and water based inks.


* Must multi-task – productively run multiple print stations while maintaining the highest standard of quality and efficiency.


* Perform periodic quality checks to ensure compliance to specifications and/or COAs.


* Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.


* Maintains logs and records of units produced.

Report any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.


* Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.


* Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.


* Follow safety regulations.


* Performs other duties as assigned.

This will include but not limited to assisting on production lines as needed. 

Education and Experience



* Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills


* Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.


* Ability to interpret and translate job specifications/ work orders.


* Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Able to work in a labor-intensive position.  Lifting, standing, bending, twisting and stooping for up to 12 hours per day.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $17.55 - $28.03annually.

Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between20.76 to20.76.
