Qualifications


* Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification


* Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred


* Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care


* Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Ability to work the NOC shift and follow the scheduled rotation
