Job summary

As a Vice President- Partner technical Experience Lead in the Co-brand and Partner Product, you will lead partner-facing technical implementation and post-launch support to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integrations.

You collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans, reduce friction during onboarding, and improve the ongoing partner technical experience.

You also support change management and help ensure solutions align to governance, risk, and compliance expectations.

Job responsibilities


* Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external partners across strategy alignment, onboarding, integration delivery, and ongoing support


* Translate partner business needs into clear technical requirements, implementation approaches, and decision points


* Partner with product and engineering teams to align on capabilities, solution design, and delivery milestones


* Design and support integrations using existing and new capabilities, including APIs and platform services


* Lead partner "tech-to-tech" working sessions to review roadmaps, implementation status, and technical issues


* Document integration requirements, technical specifications, best practices, and operational runbooks for ongoing support


* Identify opportunities to improve technical processes through automation, standardization, and integration patterns


* Provide clear, audience-appropriate communication of technical concepts, risks, and trade-offs to partner stakeholders


* Advocate for partner needs internally by sharing structured feedback, patterns, and recurring pain points


* Support technical change management by assessing impacts, coordinating communications, and reducing implementation risk


* Help ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance requirements throughout implementation and post-launch operations

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


* 5years+ experience serving as a technical liaison for external partners in an integration, onboarding, or implementation role


* 5 years+ experience supporting API- and platform-based integrations across design, build, testing, and release


* 5years+ experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and delivery plans


* 5years+ experience leading technical discussions with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams
