Work You'll Do

As a Talent Management Analytics Project Specialist for our federal client, you will be responsible for:


* Analyzing workforce, talent, and labor market data to identify trends, assess future workforce needs, and support strategic talent management and workforce planning decisions


* Conducting quantitative research, labor market analyses, and workforce studies to evaluate talent availability, workforce dynamics, and emerging human capital challenges


* Developing forecasts, models, assessments, and data-driven recommendations that inform workforce strategy, talent planning, and organizational decision-making


* Creating executive-ready reports, presentations, and briefings that translate complex workforce and labor market data into actionable insights for stakeholders


* Collaborating with client and Deloitte stakeholders to support analytic efforts, align findings to workforce priorities, and inform implementation planning
