Manager, Partner Enablement & Certification

 

Position Summary

The Sr.

Manager, Partner Enablement & Certification leads Neptune's partner quality program, building the training, certification, and audit framework that ensures every distributor, subcontractor, and installer meets Neptune's standard.

This role is the preventive layer of Neptune's Solutions Delivery organization, catching and correcting partner errors before they reach the customer rather than absorbing them downstream.

 

Key Responsibilities:


* Design, build, and maintain Neptune’s installation/implementation certification standard for distributors, subcontractors, and installers


* Develop and deliver training programs covering best practices for all aspects of Neptune solutions.


* Certify partners against the standard and maintain an accurate roster of certified partners.


* Proactively inspect and audit partner work in the field to verify compliance.


* Feed audit findings back into training content and continuously raise the certification bar


* Partner with Direct and Partner/Network Project Delivery teams to align standards across Neptune-run and partner-run projects


* Track and report on partner performance, certification status, and quality trends to Solutions Delivery leadership

* Strong program and training design skills


* Comfortable auditing technical field work and giving direct, constructive feedback


* Excellent relationship-building skills with external partners and internal cross-functional teams


* Data-driven approach to identifying quality trends and root causes


* Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously

 

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience: 7+ years of experience in field services, training quality, training, or partner/vendor management, including experience building or running a certification or quality-assurance program.

Utility, telecom, or metering industry experience preferred.

 

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience with AMI/AMR metering software, endpoint, or network installation


* Familiarity with vendor/subcontractor management in a regulated utility environment


* Project management or quality-assurance certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma)
