Senior Accountant

This position will provide accurate, complete, reliable and timely financial information and ensure company results are in compliance with GAAP and company standard operating procedures.

Ability to perform detailed analysis and recommendations to guide business decisions.

Effectively schedules and manages meetings as necessary.

Possesses excellent follow-through skills and exceptional strong analytical thinking skills.

Resolves problematic accounting issues and provides suggestions for improvement.Educational Qualifications:


* Bachelor's Degree Required with emphasis in Accounting


* CPA is a plus


* MBA is a plus

Skills/Experience Requirements:


* 3-5 years related experience required


* Strong understanding of GAAP


* Strong systems skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required


* Experience with Oracle preferred


* Experience with Sage preferred


* Experience with using AI to improve accounting & reporting processes


* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization


* Results and deadline oriented, strong attention to detail, strong work ethic, ability to identify process improvements, ability and desire to take action


* Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills


* Strong Leadership Skills and the ability and desire to drive change

Physical/Work Environment Requirements:


* Occasional travel required including international


* Manually enter data into system by keypad, view PC screen.


* Communicate verbally and in writing.


* Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
