NHC HealthCare Columbia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Weekend Night Shift Baylor Commitment.

This opportunity is ideal for a CNA who enjoys providing hands-on care and would like to work a concentrated weekend schedule.
Position Responsibilities
• Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living.

• Assist patients and residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other personal care needs.

• Take and record vital signs as directed.

• Observe patients and residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.

• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility while following established safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients, residents, and families.

• Follow infection control, safety, regulatory, and NHC policies and procedures.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Tennessee.

• Ability to meet the requirements of the Weekend Night Shift Baylor Commitment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.
Baylor Commitment Pay
CNAs who meet the requirements of the Weekend Night Shift Baylor Commitment will receive an additional $2.00 per hour added to their regular base rate of pay .

Eligibility and scheduling requirements are subject to NHC guidelines and center-specific requirements.
