Required Qualifications(skills/experience/certifications): Bachelors degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field from an accredited universityProficient skills with using Adobe Cloud Suite and Microsoft OfficeAbility to collaborate with a team remotely and in-person Preferred Qualifications (skills/experience/certifications): Experience working in the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) industryAPMP certification Job Duties/Responsibilities: Proposal Leadership and Pursuit Management Lead the planning, strategy, coordination, development, and delivery of proposals and qualifications packages from kickoff through final submission.Develop proposal schedules, work plans, outlines, assignments, and review milestones, and provide the structure and accountability necessary to keep pursuit teams on track.Coordinate with technical professionals, firm leadership, proposal staff, graphic designers, subconsultants, and other contributors to gather, develop, and refine proposal content.Interpret solicitation requirements and ensure each submission complies with procurement requirements, evaluation criteria, and client-specific instructions.Facilitate go/no-go discussions, strategy sessions, kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and proposal reviews, and debriefs (internal and external).Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, key messages, and value propositions that connect Sanbells experience and expertise to the clients needs.Independently manage multiple concurrent proposals while maintaining quality and meeting critical deadlines.Manage quality assurance and quality control reviews to confirm each submission is complia...
