* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy and completeness.


* Unload, sort, and distribute materials, supplies, equipment, and packages to designated departments and storage locations.


* Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and weighing equipment safely and efficiently.


* Maintain accurate inventory records by labeling, tagging, tracking, and documenting incoming and outgoing materials.


* Process shipment discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods, and delivery issues by coordinating with vendors and carriers to achieve timely resolution.


* Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outbound shipments to internal facilities, external customers, and vendor locations.


* Package, stage, and process returned materials and equipment for shipment back to vendors or other company locations.


* Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders regarding shipment status, material availability, deliveries, and return requests.


* Maintain organized warehouse, receiving, and storage areas while following safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.


* Complete administrative and clerical tasks including recordkeeping, inventory transactions, shipping logs, and receipt documentation to support daily operations.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

 

Required Qualifications


* Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.


* Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.


* 2+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control, parts room operations, or a related materials management environment.



* Comfortable using computers and software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and shipping platforms like UPS and FedEx.
