About You

As a Maintenance Parts Coordinator, you'll join a team helping build one of the industry's most advanced manufacturing operations.

In this role, you'll help keep a world-class facility running by ensuring critical maintenance parts and supplies are available when they are needed most.

You'll partner closely with maintenance, operations, and suppliers to solve problems, minimize downtime, and support equipment reliability.

Through inventory planning, data analysis, and continuous improvement, you'll help drive operational performance while balancing service, cost, and inventory health.

* Manage the procurement and replenishment of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) parts, supplies, and spare components to support plant operations.


* Maintain optimal inventory levels of critical maintenance spare parts while balancing operational needs and inventory costs.


* Monitor material requirements planning (MRP) activity to ensure parts and supplies are available when needed for production, maintenance, and planned shutdowns.


* Coordinate with suppliers and internal customers to expedite urgent orders, communicate delivery updates, and resolve supply chain issues.


* Support machine reliability by quickly sourcing and securing parts during equipment breakdowns and emergency situations.


* Analyze inventory health metrics, material usage trends, and stocking strategies to improve inventory performance and reduce shortages.


* Manage material master data and inventory records within SAP, including new material setup, changes, and inventory transactions.
