Build and own quarterly forecasts for the 3 plants, bought in goods costs and distribution.

About You  

1.

Be the main point of contact for any SCF related matter in Israel.

Support the various IL and EMEA leaders.

2.

Lead the general Total Delivered Cost matters:


* Build and own quarterly forecasts for the 3 plants, bought in goods costs and distribution.


* Manage weekly flash and month end processes.


* Calculate quarterly current costs and ensure good accuracy.


* Calculate the monthly SCF AOC on all drivers, mills and non-mills, and explain result to IL and EMEA LT.


* Calculate BIG with help of procurement ensuring correct import costs, ocean freights and duty.


* Support the various teams in the net productivity delivery.

Analyse, challenge and maximize Wave initiatives.

Be P&L focused.


* Continuously improve and simplify processes.

Standardize reporting across the 3 Israel plants and find synergies with other ARBEX mills.

4.

Lead a team of 3.

Build capabilities within the team, build network within ARBEX SC finance, develop career plans and ensure talent pipeline is filled.

5.

Support ARBEX transition by facilitating standardization across ARBEX markets.

Build a culture of speaking the same language in ARBEX SC finance, clarify KPIs with leaders, build and lead SC finance on-boarding for new joiners.

6.Support internal / external control audits and standard internal controls.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years Supply Chain Finance experience

High analytical and interpersonal skills

Good level of communication skills in ENGLISH

Business acumen, be P&L oriented.

React to rapidly changing priorities, quickly make decisions and recommendations, and remain calm under pressure.
