Our Project Controls professionals work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Engineering Leads, Construction Teams, Procurement Specialists, and Client stakeholders to provide visibility, predictability, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. 

Roles may support projects in refining, chemicals, energy, power, life sciences, food and beverage, manufacturing, mining, infrastructure, and other industrial sectors. 

Employment Type:  Full time.

Position Summary  

Project Controls professionals at Eichleay provide the systems, processes, analysis, and reporting necessary to successfully deliver capital projects.

Depending on experience and project requirements, individuals may support project planning, cost management, scheduling, forecasting, estimating, performance measurement, risk management, or integrated project controls functions. 

Successful candidates combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills and the ability to influence project outcomes through accurate reporting, proactive problem solving, and data-driven recommendations. 

Typical Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling 


* Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using P6 Primavera. 



* Support scope definition, work breakdown structures (WBS), and execution planning. 



* Develop Level 1 through Level 4 schedules as appropriate. 



* Evaluate schedule performance and identify critical path impacts. 



* Facilitate schedule updates with project teams and stakeholders. 



* Facilitate interactive planning sessions.
