Job Summary

The FP&A Analytics & Technology Manager serves as FP&A's central leader for automation, data solutions, reporting architecture, and technology.

This role advances digital transformation across FP&A and Finance by building scalable Power Platform solutions, strengthening data governance, standardizing reporting and KPI methodologies, enabling AI adoption, and partnering with IT, Risk, Accounting, FP&A, the other business analyst, and business unit stakeholders to improve decision support, consult on data models and solutions, and drive operational efficiency.


* Lead Finance automation, data solutions, business intelligence, reporting architecture, and technology enablement across FP&A and enterprise financial reporting.


* Design and support Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI-enabled tools, Alteryx, SQL, and related finance reporting models.


* Partner with business analyst, and business unit stakeholders to consult on data models and deliver integrated, secure, scalable, and sustainable finance technology solutions.


* Serve as the subject matter expert for finance data architecture, BI tools, automation, KPI definitions, and emerging technologies.


* Strengthen data standards, governance, quality controls, security practices, and reporting methodologies to improve reliability and consistency.


* Drive process improvement, automation, duplicate reporting elimination, and reuse of enterprise datasets, applications, and automation assets.


* Support CITGO's AI strategy by developing FP&A use cases, best practices, and scalable adoption opportunities aligned with strategic technology priorities.

Minimum Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree; 8 years job related experience


* Advanced FP&A reporting, analytics, dashboarding, and financial modeling experience for management reporting and enterprise decision support.


* Strong proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, DAX, dataflows, semantic models, Alteryx, SQL, and related automation tools.


* Working knowledge of finance data architecture, data lakes, integrations, mapping, lineage, controls, access management, and reporting governance.
