Customer Service Rep

Duties: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns - Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate - Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information - Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement - Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions
