Our Logistics and Mission Support Division is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team in support of Command and Control CBRN Response Element - Bravo (C2CRE-B) and Defense CBRN Response Force mission (DCRF).

About the Role: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for 100% accountability of warehoused and dispatched equipment, inventory auditing, and logistical project management in support of DCRF/C2CRE-B sustainment, recovery, refresh, warehousing, and fielding operations.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, personnel and workload priorities, inventory accountability, equipment movement, receiving and shipping activities, staging, storage, and logistical support for multiple concurrent program activities.

The Warehouse Manager serves as a primary coordination point between the Program Manager and the warehouse/logistics team and works closely with Senior FSRs, CBRNE Technicians, logisticians, maintenance personnel, vendors, and shipping providers to ensure warehouse activities remain aligned with program schedules and mission requirements.

Leadership Expectations The Warehouse Manager is expected to be a hands-on leader who takes ownership of daily warehouse operations, maintains equipment accountability, communicates priorities clearly, and identifies and addresses problems before they affect program execution.

The successful candidate should demonstrate reliability, accountability, initiative, organization, professional communication, sound judgment, and the ability to lead by example while working collaboratively across the program.

The position requires regular communication with the Program Manager and coordination across technical, field, logistics, and warehouse functions to maintain alignment with program priorities and mission requirements.

Key Responsibilities Maintain 100% accountability of warehoused and dispatched program equipment.

Oversee inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution.

Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, storage, equipment movement, packing, shipping, and timely dispatch of equipment.

Plan and prioritize warehouse workload, personnel, equipment, and resources based on program schedules and mission requirements.

Support simultaneous DCRF/C2CRE-B sustainment, recovery, refresh, and fielding activities.

Manage warehouse staging and work areas to support efficient equipment flow and prevent operational bottlenecks.
