As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Addiction Focused at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic services in an outpatient setting.

Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions for patients in an outpatient addiction setting, implementing personalized plans with measurable outcomes and providing therapy, case management, and co-occurring mental health and substance use support.Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals while providing excellent customer service and collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans that support the community mission.

Active participation and responsibility in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet agreed upon weekly billable expectations.Participate in clinical consultations, staff meetings, and trainings to ensure continuity of care.Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) by completing session documentation, billing, prior authorizations, and insurance-related tasks within 24 hours while ensuring com...
