Responsibilities Responsible for assisting in maintenance of grounds, common areas, and apartment homes in your assigned community; delivering exceptional and prompt service; and treating all community members with respect Comply with all OSHA regulations and health/safety policies and procedures; adhere to EPA regulations and update property log; and report all unsafe activities or incidents Support expense control by fixing rather than replacing, when applicable Prepare vacant units for occupancy; utilize the Market-Ready Inspection form to ensure accuracy of market-ready units Perform preventative maintenance Maintain pool area in the community Conduct daily property walks and remove litter, debris, and pet waste Responsible for snow/ice removal of community including walkways, sidewalks, and parking lots Assist Service Manager in maintaining shop and supply inventories in adherence to the annual budget; communicate needs to Service Manager Deliver consistent excellent customer service that yields guest satisfaction through positive ratings and community reviews
